ADMINISTRATION OF CADET PROGRAM

A Cadet program has become a necessity for owners to implement at the very first stage of its fleet expansion .

Seacrest assist owners in this special project and provides the following services :

1. Recruitment and selection of the cadets from the different identified Philippine Maritime schools;

2. Administration of various company required examinations if any

3. Pre-board training of cadets

4. Deployment to owners  assigned vessels

5. Monitoring of on board performance and follow-ups for any sea projects assigned

6. De-briefing upon completion of  required sea time

7. Monitoring of final phase of schooling or  taking of board examinations

8. Return of  the cadet to the owners vessels after graduation as either a junior mate/engineer or as senior cadet

9. Monitoring of the cadets' career in the company officers development  program until the top senior level  position.
